The Munken Creator was recently awarded at this year’s European Design Awards in Luxembourg and the Art Directors Club Awards in Hamburg, Germany
We are happy to inform of great wins of the Munken Creator at this year's European Design Awards and ADC Awards.
While Munken Creator won double bronze in the categories "Creative Use of Coding" and "Creative Use of Typography" at the ADC Awards, it even scored silver in the category "Typography" at the European Design Awards!
The experimental platform based on creative coding and generative design, invites creators to playfully develop and experiment with typographic design, making “Munken Sans” almost tangible through technology.
The versatile desktop application garnered the attention of the European Design Awards whose jury consists of journalists and design critics from 15 European design magazines.
The Munken Creator was deemed an example of outstanding communication design and awarded silver in the category “Typography”.
At the Art Directors Club Germany, a jury consisting of specialists in creative communications awarded the Munken Creator with two iconic “nails” in bronze in the categories “Creative Use of Coding” and “Creative Use of Typography“.
The Munken Creator was developed and programmed for Arctic Paper in collaboration with JUNO and Patrik Hübner.
And to celebrate our wins, we introduced a new feature for the Munken Creator: In addition to images, you can now also upload videos as backgrounds to implement creative ideas even more freely.
