Michal Jarczyński
President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer.
Directs and supervises the Company’s internal operational activities.
Michal Jarczyński has university education. Poznan University of Technology – mechanical engineer - chemical and food processing industry. Postgraduate – Poznan University of Economics (finance & controlling). He has performed several leading positions in Polish industry, most recently as CEO of Radpol S.A., a stock-listed Polish technology company. From 2008-2013 he worked as CEO of Arctic Paper S.A.. Michal Jarczyński has nearly 15 years of experience in the paper industry.
Katarzyna Wojtkowiak
Member of the Management Board and Chief Finance Officer in Arctic Paper.
Directs and supervises the Company’s operations in the financial area.
Mrs. Katarzyna Wojtkowiak has many years of experience in positions in financial departments. She has been associated with the Arctic Paper Group for 11 years, where she was the Chief Accountant and Group Treasury. Ms. Katarzyna Wojtkowiak graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a specialization in Capital Investments and Corporate Financial Strategies. She is also a certified auditor and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Fabian Langenskiöld
Member of the Management Board and Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Arctic Paper.
Directs and supervises the Company’s sales & marketing activities.
Fabian Langenskiöld joined Arctic Paper in 2019 and holds the position of Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Fabian Langenskiöld has a Master of Science in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland. He has over 25 years of marketing and sales experience in the paper industry and has previously held key positions at companies such as Stora Enso and Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings.
